Core Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the development and execution of the company's international growth and partnership strategy across priority markets
- Lead and develop established team, with opportunity to help shape and expand over time as the business scales
- Own market prioritization, expansion sequencing, distributor governance, partner performance, brand control, and international growth planning
- Build and manage strong relationships with international distributors, strategic partners, and global marketplace partners
- Serve as the primary internal owner for the global marketplace partner interface, ensuring external partners complement internal ownership rather than replace it
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize market opportunities based on commercial potential, strategic fit, regulatory complexity, brand implications, and organizational readiness
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures that support sustainable growth, long-term value creation, brand control, and disciplined execution
- Partner closely with Regulatory, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and internal Wholesale teams to support market entry and ongoing partner success
- Create clear frameworks for partner selection, governance, accountability, performance management, and escalation
- Drive international planning, forecasting, and business reviews to improve visibility, decision-making, and execution discipline
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes that may affect international strategy
- Lead with strong critical thinking, adaptability, and AI-enabled problem solving in complex, evolving, and often ambiguous market environments
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership on international performance, risks, and expansion opportunities
- Ability to travel internationally is an essential function of this position
- 2 onsite days per week is an essential function of this position

Position Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in international business development, partnerships, commercial leadership, distributor management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in consumer products, nutritional supplements, health and wellness, or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of developing and scaling international business relationships, distributor networks, marketplace partnerships, or commercial partnerships
- Experience leading people directly and building team capability over time
- Experience navigating global business environments, market-entry decisions, regulatory coordination, brand control, and cross-functional execution
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, governance, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, solve complex problems, influence across functions and geographies, and manage external partner performance
- Passionate about and fluent in utilizing AI to improve decision-making, productivity, analysis, and commercial execution
- Interested in being part of a culture that values both making an impact and having fun
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
